PA has a preemption law that has dealt with this crap before. They have tried a bunch of crap in Philly a few times and the state AG has shot it down in court. IIRC they tried this bullshit in Pittsburgh once before as well and it was shot down by the state. It doesn't mean I won't be bending the ears of my local congressman and senator until this gets shitcanned. This fucking douchebag of a mayor we have in pittsburgh is a shameful smear on the entire end of the state....
