Fucking awesome...... got exactly what they deserved..... Maybe if they had eaten some meat they would of had the energy to fight back or at least run away....

It actually says that one was vegan and the other vegetarian. Weird that it was called out in the article, but it does go to mindset. While "evil" may just be a label for an ideology starkly different than one's own, I wonder if they buy it now...

He was captured by the North Vietnamese and executed by the Pathet Lao. Never heard from again.

Turns out you can fix stupid after all.
It could have been fixed, had they not been left in a condition where lessons cant be applied to future situations.
My brothers wife's brother was a missionary in the middle east. It is kind of embarrassing to admit, but I don't even know which country. He was killed when his convoy was attacked and his wife was shot 12 times but survived. They were on their way to check out an area to build a water treatment plant. He lived there for years, dressed as the natives, spoke the language. He was good man who went into the fire to help people. I am sure the majority of them appreciated what he did. I think he had a full understanding of how dangerous the work he was doing was. He did not see the world through rose colored glasses, and spoke of genuine, loving people he had met there.

I do know what you mean though. Certain sections of the Chicago area were inundated by C.A. and S.A. people. To cross them was instant machete threat...countered by instant, "I got more bullets in my gun than you got chops in yo' machete." Needless to say, that wasn't the area where I stayed in Chicago.

While posted to Liberia there was an incident where the Chief of the Monrovia Police was killed during a Witch Doctor ceremony.
The Witch Doctor was performing a "bullet proofing ritual" for new recruits.
At the end of his ceremony the Witch Doctor took aim with the Chiefs pistol and shot it at the police chief and thanks to the blanks loaded in teh pistol his Witch Doctoring was found to be 100 percent effective giving the new recruits all kinds of balls....much cheaper than buying vests.
Anyway enthused by the scene he had just witnessed a recruit pulled out his service sidearm, probably a Smith and Wesson revolver of some sort given by the US Taxpayer, and he copied the Witch Doctor and shot the Chief except for the result this time was that for probably the first time in his police career the recruit hit what he was aiming at and killed the police chief dead.
The Witch Doctor always fast on his explaining lifes mysteries claimed that the bullet proofing works but "Teh chief had a moment of doubt and the bullet proofing was defeated."
Im thinking these bikers had a similar unfortunate circumstance.
Im thinking those knives of peace were unable to penetrate their vital souls for a period of time and those peaceful vegetarians were unharmed by the blows of their ISIS attackers until at some point during the attack they thought for a second "Hey wait a minute, these mutherfuckers might be intending to kill me..." and this moment of disbelief in universal peace allowed for the knives to penetrate their armor of naivete'.
Could of avoided this whole tradgedy had they momentarily believed in eating meat.
