No one should be able to utter even a peep over this. Who is in the tunnels? Only terrorists and hostages. There is very little chance of civilian casualties. No bombs, no raiding hospitals or schools, and kills only terrorists. The hostages are definately a complication, and I’d say only Israel can make that decision about the risk of a specific tunnel holding hostages. If the world wants more protections for the hostages, then they need to let the IDF wreck shit they way THEY want to. Can’t do both.
