Besides, they do and always have made a better bullet, its called a match load..and it can quadruple (and more) the cost of shooting 22.
22 rf is actually pretty flexible for its cartridge design. You have everything from bread and butter to exotic options available. By the time you re-engineer a new rf bullet, you will have to engineer a new chamber, etc and down the road you go.
