So if someone expresses intent and has a plan to commit a crime it is chargeable right ? So we have some asshole that moved to my County and is running for Congress . He just sent me an email stating that he is going to violate my "God given rights " . My rights guaranteex by the Constitution . He's planning on banning firearms that I legally purchased and turn me into a felon . So I'm thinkin fuck it , I'm goi g to file a crimminal complaint through local Justice and see if the DA picks it up . Man , why do I feel like I'm pokin the bear .
