This girl just screams firearms expert doesn't she?

Was she on the set when this happened? Some say she wasn't and some say she was.
If she wasn't on the set all of the weapons should have been locked up and no one else should have access to them. The stories of people taking them out to shoot live ammo? What is the truth on that bullshit? There's about as much fake news in this situation as coming from Ukraine.

Does it matter? The actors were adults, apparently mentally competent, they have worked with guns for ever, they didn’t check the weapon they took control of, pointed a gun at a behind the scenes person, pulled, killed.

How is it the kid living at home and working at the gun store making Shit a hour is expected to be safe with a weapon, but a grown actor making millions can’t even be expected to be able to check his own weapon?

The only way I’d vote it’s not baldwins fault is if he was declared incompetent BEFORE and his care taker didn’t check the weapon, but that ain’t the case.

Manslaughter all day long and twice on sundays

DarnYankeeUSMC raises a good point. I've heard elsewhere she wasn't on the set when it happened and besides working as an armorer, she was given duties other than that of an armorer. Both does matter with respects to her culpability. I've also heard that they had live ammo with which they practiced shooting.

The whole thing was sloppily done to save $$$ for producer AB.

Even if AB escaped criminal charges, the civil lawsuit should (rightfully) rip him a new anal orifice.
