Got my new 6xc Ultra Micrometer Seater yesterday and kinda got to use it today to seat these DTACs in a bit further than they were seated. Oh yeah, also got the Hornady OAL gauge to I know where the lands are exactly, but was very close with my other method. I did have Tubb's Redding modified seater but that thing just wasn't working, as far as I could tell there was no course adjustment, but I could be wrong. I could seat some of the bullets I use only so far, it was denting the nose near the top of the Hornadys, the Forster is totally different, course adjustment and micro adjustment, as you can see the micro top is almost all the way up, so I've got lots of room to spare. I really don't need to load more of the 6 Creeds up, although my 2nd build will be here in a couple months and I could load for it, then I will get to see how well it does as far as runout, the micro adjust works perfect, so far, btw.
Oh, one thing I did notice when reading the directions for this seater was, turn the die down till it compresses all the way then back out one turn, there were no directions for the Redding seater, maybe since I had never backed that seater off one turn it made it work wrong or something, I don't know, but it didn't work right for me.
