I'm so sick of the gun control issue, everyone who pushes gun control is so blind to the issue and will not even consider the fact that adding more gun control most likely wont reduce gun violence/shootings at all. I got into a heated debate with my brother (non gun owner) last night about this issue and after trying to explain to him that more gun control would only punish lawful gun owners instead of "curing the world's evil", he told me that I (and the rest of lawful gun owners) should accept that we will have to make sacrifices in order to potentially reduce gun-related deaths. Of course that's very easy for him to say, considering that he doesn't own any guns or participate in the hobby that I love and enjoy.
My brother is an intelligent person and we won't hold grudges against each other after a debate, but its just becoming so clear to me that we are extraordinarily outnumbered when it comes to this issue. It didn't help that I was outnumbered 3 to 1 among family members, but by just defending my own beliefs AND RIGHTS, I was made out to be the bad guy in the debate.

I will share with you where things are really at these days.....I was talking to a "use to be buddies" daughter who is attending college. Her parents voted for Hillary so she would get free college. She was going to be a physicians assistant which is reputable but her attitude is horrible and now she has changed to major to a liberal arts degree for almost the same money. But it gets better....we (my wife and I) asked her how school was going and she told us she was getting a liberal arts degree and she is going to do a internship with the mayors office (democrat nut job) and she has learning in college that a lot of history was made up!!lol She thinks socialism is getting everything for free and the government will make you safe along with taking care of you.....that ladies and gentlemen is where we are at today.
I can't believe the weak minding nature of our millennials but she was utterly appalled when we explained to her how socialism actually works. We also explained where the word "Nazi" came from and pointed out some reading she might want to do but it appears she is a lost cause. What a mess Obama made of this country. I am almost convinced he was actually a terrorist who destabilized the country but that's just my humble opinion.

In return for Joe’s efforts, Joe and his family are enhanced both financially and in prestige and power.
