Because, psychologically, it is not real until you register?

Not really. I tried before but I didn’t have the time to do it. I have gone overseas a couple times since 2005. I need to consult my records to remember it all. Just need to make time to complete the application is all. Don’t know what they will do with the registry. I want to be added before I retire that’s for sure

This story is both sad and tragic, but the history provided by the patient essentially confirms he already had colon cancer during his deployment, and not as a result.

Guys need to realize that getting VA to step up is important for ALL vets.
You are not required to have 100% of your medical treatment there either.
You can go on the outside for care.
Not to mention if you collect the VA compensation your gun habit is getting paid for.
