Thoughts on Defiance Stryker Ridge Receivers? (Found them on sale for $899)

Ive been contemplating buying a 'custom' grade action - just not sure for what. Anyone have experience with these? There doesnt seem to be much out on them, but that price is mighty enticing.

It is a defiance rebel action that was spec'd by Brownells. It's a very nice R700 clone with M16 style extractor and side bolt release.

Looks like it does not include a pic rail for that price. I would step up to the Kelbly's Tactical for $925.
