Ditto for me. Dominus in jail while the Ultra 7 is getting used a ton. They weigh about the same so I’m curious if they have the same POI shift.

Mmmm, that ultra 5 though! Love those things! If youve already got ultra quiet handled (U9, U338, nomad L, Hyperion etc), you owe it to yourself to get a 5.

I'd love to have a Ultra 5 w/6.5 aperture. Have been using my original Ultra 7 on several custom rifles based on Howa Mini actions, but the shorter, lighter Ultra 5 would be great for these light, compact rifles, especially since none are chambered for anything bigger than the 6.5 Grendel. I'd order one or buy one online tomorrow if it wasn't for the ridiculous waiting and waiting and waiting... At my age, I'm damned tired of waiting on stuff like this. We ought to be able to walk into a gun shop, purchase the suppressor or suppressors of our choice, pay for them, and walk out with purchased product in hand.

Usually around 165 or so.

Just about anything that's 2500fps + out of the muzzle will be 160+.

By comparison, sv 22's out of a rifle generally meter 130's.

Anything 145 or less, isn't necessarily hearing safe, but it won't ring your ears if you're in the wide open. If you're shooting at a bench under cover it's still loud enough to notice after a couple shots.

I ordered a Ultra 7 in Oct 2021 thru Silencershop. Check was cashed early Dec 2021. It's at my FFL and still waiting on final approval. Pushing 18 months from purchase date.
