Tikka action front action screw

Upgrade my T3X Tac A1 with a JAE chassis since it is such a great rifle, smooth and accurate. When I put it to JAE chassis I noticed the front action screw was sticking out, however I didn’t notice any resistance when closing the bolt.
I am not familiar with Tikka, just want to know if it is normal for Tikka action.
