Gunsmithing Tikka bolt shroud question

Long story short...I have a stuck bolt shroud on a tikka t3 that is cracked. I need a new shroud and someone smarter than me to get this one back off. Any of you gents mess with tikkas much?

I've had it off and somehow got it back on cockeyed. Can't budge it at all.

The video also shows how to fix your bolt. I used a shoelace instead of a screwdriver.

Replacement shrouds may be obtained from Beretta, maybe Brownells, or you can get an aluminum aftermarket shroud:
