Gunsmithing Tikka bolt stop

So, what parts or work is required to allow running longer loaded rounds in a short action Tikka?
I have a 7-08, and I would like to run overall lengths at 2.9" or so.

You need a long action bolt stop and a 30-06 mag. I set up a 260 for the same thing recently.

Thanks. Any drawbacks in terms of having to be careful how the mags are loaded or anything in relation to having more magazine room than required?

It doesn't seem to, there's plenty of room in front of the bullet but it doesn't seem to cause any dramas.
