Tikka M18x1 Thread Adapter

Which Tikka M18x1 Thread Adapter do you use? My Omega should clear NFA jail soon and I’m trying to configure all my rifles in preparation. I’m not crazy about using an adapter but will have to if I swap to the Hellfire system.

Theres a ton on on the market...$25-50. Any idea which one looks/works best? It’s for a T3 Tactical. Thanks

Is the the better option to have the barrel Re-threaded to 1/2x28 to match my other .223 barrels? Can that be done without shortening the barrel length?
