Tikka Repair with Beretta

Hello, first post here.

I purchased a new Tikka T3x back in March and was unable to close the bolt with a round in the chamber. I sent the rifle to Beretta for inspection. Has anyone here had this issue before and if so, what was the resolution? The rifle was the ultralite stainless version in 6.5 cm.

All theyre going to do is check headspace, and if its short, replace the barrel. If it passes that test they’ll blame your ammo.

This is what should happen. They should check the bolt face and ensure that the extractor and ejector are in spec as well.
What ammo were you having difficulty with ?

I tried Hornady Precision hunter, Norma Whitetail and Nosler ballistic tip. I had the same issue with all three.

Did you get it resolved? I had a similar problem with Nosler ammo. Other brands worked fine.
