Tikka stock swap

Good morning.
I have a T3x 6.5 creedmoor with the synthetic stock, also have a T3x hunter in .270. Can I easily swap the creed barreled action into the hunter stock?

Lite to Lite? Yeah no prob.
CTR into a Lite stock? May need some sanding down.
