Selling my Tikka t3, bought it new 10 years ago probably. Shoots lights out with any ammo I've shot. Less than 300rds fired. This is the t3 not the t3x

Gun has been professionally cut and threaded to 16.5 Inches.

Not sure and it's not stamped, I've shot up to a 69gr tmk with little bitty groups
