+1 on the XLR. Just got my Tikka/XLR put together a few days ago. Expect an 8-10 week wait for one, but Kyle at XLR is an outstanding individual and deserves your business.

Pete at Roedale Precision has his RCS 2 ready to ship for short action Tikkas. They run Viper Skins.
I have one in the post for a remington clone im building. Seems the shipping company in Australia is dragging the chain.... I hope.
