Unfortunately I don't have any experience with the two choices you're evaluating. I was just curious where you were located that you were (required to be?) a "newly LICENSED shooter?" That idea gave me chills.

Qld Australia we have some ridiculous laws and restrictions out here wanted a 338 laupo but the hoops you have to jump through ( surveyor plans of property you hunt on ect ect) just isn't worth the hassle.

Ahhh, gotcha. I asked because there are places in the U.S. enacting some silly laws as well and was just wondering where had gone to a new licensing system.
