Tikka T3 steel recoil lug source

I remember reading about after market steel lug made to replace the aluminum tikka recoil lug. Anyone knows who makes it? Does it need professional gunsmithing? Thanks in advance

We're making it. It will be ready within a week roughly, barring any issues that may arise. It's pretty simple piece, yank the old one out with a pair of pliers, insert steel lug. It is hardened stainless steel. Thank you!

Does anyone know what the steel the action is made out of? Is the stainless lug harder then the action.
