Tikka T3 Varmint barrel diameter?

Does anyone have the specs on the Tikka T3 Varmint muzzle diameter? Tossing back and forth between the 26" heavy SPS in 22-250 and the 23" heavy T3 in 22-250.

My Tikka T3 Super Varmint in .308 Win has a 21mm diameter at the muzzle. That is 0.8268 inch converted.

I cant help on the barrel but Im interested in your decision. I am going through the same thing..just in .308. I sure like the the Tikkas action..but like Remmys availability.
