Tikka T3X A1 TAC concern?

I just purchased my first precision rifle, a Tikka T3X A1 Tac and found that the rail on the handguard is not perfectly level with the rail on the receiver. (The bubble on the handguard is touching one of boundary lines of the level while the receiver bubble is perfectly centered) Should I be concerned? I don't plan on mounting anything on the handguard except my GG&G Bipod which has cant adustment. Thank you in advance for your feedback

Thanks for the quick response. I will take your advice... as soon as my scope and mount show up. I had ordered an Athlon Ares ETR with a Badger 20 MOA unimount, but the mount was on backorder. I called Badger and they told me it was going to be at least 6 weeks due to a large government contract, so I just switched the order to a Samson 0 offset 20 MOA mount. I hope I just didn't waste $180.

If you loosen the two bolts on the handguard where it meets the receiver, you can rotate the handguard slightly.....
