Gunsmithing Tikka t3x Lite muzzle brake options?

Looking for a muzzle brake for my Tikka T3x Lite. I want it same diameter as the muzzle and smaller the better. Doesn't need to cut recoil a lot.

The Shrewd brakes from Brownells can be turned down to match the diameter. I don't know of one that is an exact match as is.

local smith installed one on my t3x lite and turned it down to blend with the barrel, and it blew up/apart the first shot! he replaced it with another brand/model and i said no turning down needed.
