Suppressors time from approved to stamp- over 2 months?

Hello all,

I contacted the ATF, was told I was "approved" on Oct 19; over two months later, no stamp....

Anybody else have this happen? If so, what did you do?

call your dealer. after they approve it, they send the form 4 to your dealer.

mine didn't call me, i stopped in to see if they had it yet. it came in that day, and he lost it. it took him over an hour to find it.

better yet, don't call. stop in.

I got my 308 suppressor a week or so ago. I submitted my paperwork in march

It happened to me about 3 months ago. It was apparently lost in the mail. I had to write a letter to ATF explaining what happened and requesting a certified copy of the form 4. They mailed me a copy within 2 weeks and I just took it to my dealer and picked up the can. Just so you are aware, when you get your copy it will not have the stamp, it has just the approval signature and certified seal.

I would for sure give your dealer a call .Someone may have told someone else to call ,and they never did.

I have had a Stamp not show, as noted above, you write a letter and a copy comes right out to you. Same thing, bring the copy to the dealer and pick up your can.

It happens...
