I have been contemplating camouflaging my guns for years. It looks cool and is a practical thing to do for preppers. But the thought of doing a poor job held me back. Finally I got around to doing it. This video shows my Rock River LAR 8 (.308 Win - 7.63 NATO) before and after camo.

It's not that hard to camo, and it looks cool. If I get a good response and time, I might do an instructional. There are plenty of really good vids and sources of info on how to camo. Some of the best are on SH

Is the 7.63 NATO something Rock River manufactures exclusively for preppers? As a "normal" civilian I only have access to their 7.62...

Losing brain cells that fast hurt way too much, I can't finish any of his vids.

Talk about scraping the bottom of the barrel.

Youtube need to filter out everything with the word "prepper" in it.

im a mason does this mean you think im out to take over the world ...yal are rite i am now dumber....and prepper keep on prepping it will be a long tome before we take over the world ....shaking my head

Hell,the target rifle I'm shooting now I had McMillan lay up an A-5 with fire engine red with a little black and white swirled up in the gel coat. Basically it's fire engine red. The next rifle I'm going to have built I've decided on a very nasty porno like naked women with huge tits scheme for the A-5 stock.

Any one here know an air brush artist that can do photo quality air brush work of naked women?

Damn, I started watching the U-tube video, "keep on prepping" about half way through I was shaking my head and waiting for someone to break out the colo-rectal exam prep kit, and "keep on prepping" kinda sounded and looked like a commercial for the over 50 crowd, I never finished it, hell I couldn't.

My father gave me a really good story against building a fallout shelter.


Imagine you have a fallout shelter under your house and the Indonesians invaded(not that they could they don't have a Navy but lets say they do). So you go down into your shelter and survive the invasion.

Now imagine you've been down there for two years, under your own house while a new family is living up stairs, muttering and laughing in some foreign dialect, using your bathroom, sitting on your lounge, Watching your TV and swimming in your pool.

Now just as my Father decided I to am of the opinion...Screw that, I'd rather go down fighting than live under my own house while some strange family live the high life in it.
