Gunsmithing Timney clearance question

While buying items for my m40 build, I started considering a timney with the straight trigger (517) for rem700. I've already bought badger bottom metal with mag, and wonder if there would be any clearance problems with the trigger touching the guard.
Do any of you have this combo?
