Gunsmithing Timney trigger problem with bolt release

When I installed a Timney 517 trigger into the action,the bolt release will allow the bolt to come out of the action. Then here's the problem, the bolt release won't reset. I would have to pry on the bolt release. Any guesses as to why this is happening?

when the action is out of the stock make sure the bolt release moves free. you may have pounded the trigger pin in to far and its binding the bolt release. if it moves free you may have to tweak the bolt release spring to give it a little more pressure on the rear part of the spring where it contacs the release lever.{closest to the but of the stock} theres a good video online about the spring i will get back to you in a minute.

make sure the bolt release lever is in the right position...there's a little knotch it HAS to be in... btw, i LOVE my 517, just wish I could get it lighter :-/

Like said above, I think the bolt release lever needs to be tweaked with needle nose pliers at the 90 degree bend near where it contacts the bolt stop.
