Just wondering what on the Timney does not fit in the Mini-chassis, and what does material need to be removed. I remember my AICS would rub the adjustment screw a lil bit, if it was unscrewed to much.

I literally just spoke to Tom about this and this is what he said:
"The timmney usually require just a cut for the front adj. screw. Over the years we have made changes to the chassis for this cut, so I would first check the fit before you cut."

Just installed one today in a mini chassis. I had to file on side down of the narrow part just inside of the trigger guard. Trigger was dragging at first. Super small area to file. Then it worked great. Shot 50 rounds with mini chassis today, I was skeptical as chassis never sounded good to me, it worked great and after 3 shots settled in and never had a lick of trouble. Good luck wiht yours.

Robert did you still bed the lug?
I just got a manners as well, and my GAP does have a Timney trigger. I had no problems at all. I didn't file any material at all. The fit was tight but not to tight.

I just got a manners as well, and my GAP does have a Timney trigger. I had no problems at all. I didn't file any material at all. The fit was tight but not to tight.

When I bought my last one, I specifically asked them to file it before shipping so that a Timney would fit and I was told that the chassis are made so that they fit now. I can not verify that because I have not bought the trigger yet.
