Anything special I need to do for my Glock 29 brass as far as prep. Will a 40 bulge die work on 10mm nickel brass .Any pet loads for the 29 .

Metric Glocks don't have nearly the issues with bulge as the English Glocks, and even those have been improved greatly over the years. I like Hornady XTPs for serious loads, over 800x is pretty nice. Don't plan on too many loadings with nickel cases in Glocks.
