I wonder if anyone has seen or used one of these X-treme shooting products actions?

What is the bolt like? Fluted? ANyone know about bolt to receiver dimensions?

Thanks in advance.

Why don't you just call Tom and ask him, I will be seeing him here in a couple of weeks.. but Tom is a really nice guy and will answer any and all of your questions in reguard to the action. As for me, I have an interest in the new "Inch" action that Robert Chombard has designed.

Re: Titanium actions/ X-Treme SP

It is a little pricey at 1400.00,if it were me I would look at the stiller actions that are a tight clone of a remington and the guys who have them ,love them. They have many options for less than a 1000.oo.

Re: Titanium actions/ X-Treme SP

Hello, I have just bought one. The bolt is fluted and the size is similar to the REM 700.
Now I will install a barrel in 6,5mm, .260 rem or 6.5x47 Lapua.

Re: Titanium actions/ X-Treme SP

That cg "inch" action looks identical to a Barnard sm. Only difference is the Barnard is a repeater. I have one and I dig it. The Barnard is rock solid and the short bolt throw operates quickly with less resistance than usual 3 lug action. I definitely recommend it. I will be posting info and targets of my new barnard 6.5 mm soon.
