Suppressors Titanium Suppressor build 300 win mag

I was just wondering what the tube thickness should be used for a titanium grade 5 and grade 9 suppressor.

I plan on using it on a 300 win mag and some other smaller calibers.

I plan on welding it right now but do i need to know anything if i happen to thread the ends instead?

My build will be about 8 or 9 inches long, maybe 10 haven't decided or filled out the form yet.

1.5 inches to 1.625 inches will be the diameter. Probably 1.5 inches though.

Maybe some more info if you want to throw it out there.

I am Just trying to gather materials before i fill the form out and i am trying to figure out prices too.

Hi,

My only advice would be to either use a design that does not need to be welded, or use a material that is more forgiving to non-perfect welds-- unless you are an expert Ti welder.
