Too heavy a load???

I have 100- .308 cartridges that I loaded several months and after doing more load testing I have decided that the powder load is too heavy.
Is the best way to correct this error to pull the bullets and dump the powder and then re-charge???
If there is a better way to go about it please educate me.

Save them for winter time

If they are not over charged you could just shoot them off at the range then reload them. 100 is not to bad to pull either.
