I know how most of you guys feel about cheap scopes, but I got a very good deal on one of these SightMark Triple Duty 8.5-25x50 Tactical Riflescope w/ Illuminated Reticle FREE S&H SM13011MDD, SM13011DX, SM13011. SightMark Rifle Scopes. and thought I would give it a shot....I mounted it on a Howa 1500 .308... I have since run close to 500 rounds through it so far.... I ran a box test with it, and it tracked and returned to 0 very well.... It also continues to shoot and hold sub moa... The glass is surprisingly good up to around 16x but gets a bit foggy after that during low light, but is adequate in daylight hours.....I have yet to stretch this scope out past 100yds yet because my "range" is currently planted in cotton, but have no real reason to believe it wouldn't do fine.... I am going to continue using it on the .308 and see just how long it will last, and maybe, just maybe it will surprise me..... I am no dealer, no seller, and not promising you will have the same results... Mine could crap out tomorrow, last for 10 yrs, and if I bought another today, it could be a piece of crap... You know how it works with Chinese scopes.....
