Rifle Scopes torque settings for arms mount rings

i have an arms 35 mount and 35 scope rings, what do i torque the rings screw to ? i cant remember if it was 20 inch lbs or ?? thanks for the help in advance

oh should i lock tight ( blue )

As a general rule of thumb, I torque aluminum ring cap screws to 15in/lb and steel ring to 20in/lb unless I have specific mfg instructions that say otherwise. I don't recall ever seeing anything from ARMS re: torque values for their rings. You may try e-mailing or calling someone from ARMS with the question (good luck with that).

The loc-tite is your call. I personally don't, but to each their own.
