Rifle Scopes Torque Specs for Schmidt and Bender

Does anybody have the torque specs for the split ring allen head cap screws for an AI mount with a 34mm 5-25 Schmidt and Bender scope?

When I converted 2.0 Newton Meters (2.0Nm) I got 17.7 inch pounds (in-lb) is that correct?

15-20 in/lbs will work fine. I use 20 in/lbs.
