Im not 100% sure, but I dont believe it will, or at least not well.
The torx plus screws have a circular post in the middle of the screw, where a standard torx bit is solid and lacks the hole in the middle of the bit, it may work but wont allow the standard driver to fit completely.

They won't interchange... Besides the stem in the middle of the bolt head the Torx Plus/Tamper proof has five points instead of six like on the standard Torx head.

Tamper proof torx are the same as regular torx except for the post in the center , the 5 pointed fastener with the post is an Eaton type if I remember correctly .
In a pinch take a center punch and break the post off and use a regular torx bit .

Ok the torx plus tamper proof is the one with the post in the middle. This IS NOT the one I'm talking about. Will a # 10 torx bit work on a # 10 torx plus screw ?
I think the screws on the burris signature series rings are torx plus. Is this correct ?

I just installed a set of Burris signature rings last weekend, I did not notice any difference in the screws. The torx bit from my Wheeler set fit fine.
