SWFA, Liberty Optics, Euro Optics. If your wanting to know about TPS, I use them and they work great. Just make sure you go with steel. They also make bases as well. I'd recommend going with a
steel base too.

I've always delt with www.swfa.com. As far as the rings go, just buy the steel like mentioned above, i've been using 2 sets for a couple years with zero issues.

I have both Leupold Mk4 rings in steel and aluminum, and the TPS/TSR rings in alloy and steel. I find absoutely no difference in performance, durability, precision, ability to mount, dismount, and remount any of the sets of rings. Now that I have discovered the TPS/TSR rings, I find it extremely difficult to justify paying over twice as much for the Leupold rings, because simply put, there is no difference in performance. I haven't bought another set of Leupold rings since I discovered the TPS/TSR rings.
The Leupold rings oval top ring look is a little nicer than the square cut of the TPS/TSR rings, but that is purely cosmetic, and I still can't justify paying over twice as much for something purely cosmetic. If the performance was different, then I would probably pay more, but so far, it hasn't been any different. And that includes alloy vs steel in either brand.
