I just got this ETR brand new in the mail a few days ago Although this scope is awesome I have always wanted to try a Cronus BTR and I can't ever leave anything alone. The only thing that doesn't look perfect on it is some sort of very slight scuff on the top of the elevation turret that was there fresh from Athlon, and customer service already has a replacement on the way.
It has never been mounted or used, unless you count me looking through it for 5 minutes and spinning the turrets for a minute. I did install the battery to verify illumination. It has extremely crisp glass and awesome turret feel, and I really don't expect much better from a Cronus but I just want one. Based on the used prices I've seen here and on some other forums I figure the true trade difference to be about $250-300 depending on the actual condition of each scope. If anyone is interested in this trade, let me know. Any reticle is fine. I'm not interested in a gen 1, just a BTR.
