Bit the bullet and bought a TRG-22 in .260 from EuroOptics. It was their last one in a 26" barrel.

Now i just gotta wait till i get outta afghanistan to see my new toy!

I just arranged purchase of a TRG-22 folder from Alex and Jason at EuroOptic yesterday myself. Fantastic guys! Have been researching for several months before deciding on the TRG. Thank you for your service, Semmens!

Glorified 700 or a Sako? Not even close, I'd go Sako every time without even thinking about it.

Get you a Sako Trg and shoot it . Call EuroOptic speak to Alex or Jason and be done.

Yeah ive been emailing them both for the last month probably. Finally got a trg-22 in .260 waiting for me.

Just gotta decide what scope to throw on it.

I went through this for a TRG-42 vs Surgeon XL.

I went with the XL because I needed a shorty 338 Norma folder and be able to run a FLIR HISS.

But you can't go wrong with the TRG either, especially if you're in a rush and limited on funds. Great rifle right out of the box,no waiting, no gunsmithing.
