Thanks. I painted some of the rifle on the left(dad painted the strippes, scope and other details), and all of the rifle on the right. The left TRG was done with krylon and the right with an airbrush and model paint.

Both of em look great, good paint job. I couldn't help but notice they have 2 different muzzle brakes, which models are they and if you have shot them side by side what is your impression of them?

The rifle on the left has a factory Sako muzzel break, the one on the right, a Near MFG. Both breaks work extremely well, the Near cuts felt recoil a bit more but the Sako tends to not throw as much dirt at the shooter.

They are both nice looking rifles and it is great that you get to shoot with you dad.

i dont think i have seen that kinda of stock before could anyone pleas enlighten me? it looks like a cross between a mcmillian and aics to me

It's the standard stock from Sako on the TRG 22/42, actually a 2 piece.Comes with an adjustable comb and 3 way butt. I do wish it were a bit heavier.
Nice paint, it looks like the the top rifle has a blued finish while the bottom looks like phosphate.
