I know this has been posted numerous times but DYAM, Steve at Triad Tactical fucking rocks when it comes to customer service and supplying a good quality at a great price.
I contacted Steve a few days about some issues I've been experiencing with my MSA/Sordin ear pro. Instead of telling me to call MSA directly Steve said he would take care of it.
BAM! Shit gets done. I get an email from MSA with a pre-paid shipping label to send my muffs back in. Steve already gave them the scoop and all I have to do is send my muffs in. Good to go right? Nah.
An MSA rep calls me this morning to discuss the issues with my ear pro and realizes that a UPS Ground tag was going to take 5 days to get to him. (Personally I was fine with this) He told to wait an hour for a next day air tag to be emailed to me.
The rep then explains if they have to send it out for repair it could take up to two weeks and asks me if that is acceptable? WTF Over? You know dyam well most places would just tell you it is going take two weeks and to deal with it. I informed the MSA rep that it would be nice to use my MSAs since they are so comfy rather than my Tac 6s.
Resolution: If there is not a quick fix MSA will send me out a new set vs. take two weeks to repair them. How is that for customer service from a manufacturer?
Buy quality products from a quality vendor and you will never have to worry.
