State of confusion
Came across someone on the range the other day who has a set of the Primos shooting sticks, tall bipod. Although for my application I didn't think they would work I did look to see what other products they have. It appears they have monopods and a short tripod that seems like it would be easy to carry and quick to set up and adjust for tactical work. Anyone every use these? Here is the link to there website: Trigger Sticks

If any has tried them I am just looking for durability and ease of use. My only complaint with my PRS is that it takes a minute or two to adjust it and if I need to reset in a different position it takes a bit of movement to lock and adjust everything. With this system you just squeeze a trigger and the legs set on any terrain, uneven or flat, and you can adjust up or down quickly if you need to alter the rifle position to take a shot.

I really like the Primos Trigger Sticks. Easily adjusted both up and down, and collapses down to a manageable length.
But, they are too heavy for me to use when hunting. I already have enough stuff to carry.
I ended up going with their Pole Cat, and haven't even taken those yet this year. I will when I start on coyotes to get more height than a Harris bipod.

I have the Gen 1 short and tall monopods and have used them quite successfully when kneeling or standing from barricades and over cable spools. Very durable, stable, and quick to adjust. The short monopod rides in the hydration compartment of my overstuffed Voodoo tobago, pack and is often used in conjunction with the pack. They work, but you need to practice with them to be proficient on the clock.

Off topic, but Bunsen that paint job looks damn good on your rifle. Back on topic, a buddy of mine guides for deer and elk and uses the Primos trigger sticks all the time and really likes them. FWIW
