Rifle Scopes Triggercam issues

I have been having trigger cam issues with a older unit. Was working just fine, died and I keep getting like a purple screen, and I have a hard time keeping it from going to a purple screen. Software is up to date we have done a factory reset and its fully charged now. Customer service is not the best being in South Africa. At this point its a paper weight. Anyone have similar issues?

If you record and the resulting video file is the same purple lines, I'm going to guess the sensor has failed.

most likely that's hardware failure, not software issue.

Out of warranty. Bought used on here. But I know a YouTuber who has been through 8 of them.

Yes plus they are located in South Africa. Emails suck, shipping one way is $60. Who knows how long it will take etc.

Well, too late for me. I guess i'll pray for the best =)

I just ordered the caps that were lost by the original owner and it was $35.00, $15 for the caps, $20 for shipping, lol
