Rifle Scopes Trijicon Accupoint 1-4xs new reticle???

I really like the idea of these scopes and the fact that you dont have to worry about a battery etc. If they only could include some kind of a drop compensation in their reticles either in mils/moa or whatever. The fact that they have capped turrets and no form of reticle compensation really makes any work beyond 200yards much less accurate.


Does anybody have any info if Trijicon might be bringing new reticles this coming year maybe at the SHOT show?

I too would like to see a new reticle. I always wanted to mount one of these scopes on my 20" bull barrel ar 15. I have a TA31f and love the chevron reticle with the BDC. It would be nice to see something similar.

Amen fellas. As soon as they offer some sort of rudimentary ranging reticle, I'm all over one of their 1-4x models.

I haven't read anything about it. If there is something coming, the 3-gun guys usually know first. They seem to give me the impression that they have an immediate need for some sort of BDC reticle.

Word around the campfire is that Trijicon has one in the works. They also possibly have a 1-6x model coming out too. Hop onto Trijicon.com and get on their email list. They have some new major thing coming out January 2011, and I'm wondering if it's not that 1-6 model or just the new TR24. Or it could be something entirely different. Trijicon is playing it close to the cuff and making us wait for SHOT 2011.

They hinted at this last year. Put an ACOG-like reticle in their Accupoint (esp a 1-6x) and I'm all over it. Possibly the ulitmate carbine scope. In the meantime, I'll keep using the TR24 series as they are. Awesome little scopes.

Amen. I would like a TR24G, but I have been holding off and waiting to see what they come out with. If they come out with a 1-6x, it's all over with. Pissed-off wife, but it'll still be worth it.
