Rifle Scopes Trijicon ACOG BDC to Mils

Hey there. I’ve got. Trijicon ACOG M150, 4x (Army version) scope with BDC.

I’m trying to find how I can figure out what the BDC tac marks are in MILs. So far have been unsuccessful in finding an answer. Only thing I can think of is have the exact specifications of the round it’s designed for but I don’t have that either. Anyone have this info?

Zero at 100 meter
200 meter hash is 0.50 MIL holdover
300 yard hash is 1.35 MIL holdover
400 yard hash is 2.42 MIL holdover
500 yard hash is 3.80 MIL holdover
600 yard hash is 5.51 MIL holdover
