Does anyone know how the BDC looking reticle on trijicon thermals is spaced? They’re definitely spaced evenly but hoping to work something out to where it’s usable... saw a pig at 900m the other day and couldn’t take a shot because I would’ve had no idea where to even begin. I know the mil-like reticle is about 10.5 mils in between dots (lol...) and the p4l looking reticle has a 5.25 mil-ish subtension. The non ffp-ish ranging reticle looks like it will be my best bet. I think I’d probably like to dope it out on 4 power (I have the 2.5 base mag, so 10x total). Thanks.

Doesn't 36" per 100 yds imply 36 SMOA per dot? And 18 SMOA per hash mark?
Are you talking about for the subtension reticle? It only explicitly defines width of hashes, I don’t see something that defines how far it is from the crosshair. It looks about 18” at 100 yd per line (at base mag) to me, but want to confirm.
