I got a 4 day stay in Tulsa coming up.
I’ve only driven through a few times.
Other than leave....ha ha....what’s good to do in Tulsa?

Find the nearest tornado shelter and tag it on your map app.

Other than that, maybe drink. I know there’s at least one good pizza place over there that’s open late. Other than that, maybe Netflix or something.

Also, whoever sent you there doesn’t like you.

Tulsa doesn’t have too much, but so you aren’t at your hotel all day...

Turkey Mountain (spoiler: not a mountain, more of a hill) has some hiking/walking and biking. Tulsa has some good paved trails if you like running or biking. Cherry Street has some good places to eat like Killenny’s Pub. Roosevelt’s is cool. Andolini’s and Fassler’s Hall are popular. Burn Co BBQ is also really good - I think the location in Jenks (suburb) has more seating. Just check the hours for Burn Co BBQ, they have really odd hours. I’ve also heard good things about The Gathering Place (it’s a park). For shooting, Open Range Shooter’s Retreat (look it up on Facebook) is about 30 min north and has a 1500yd Range, but I haven’t been myself. I think you have to contact them and schedule a time beforehand to see if you can go.

Burn Co. and Cains ballroom have always been suggested to me, but I don’t like people, so I just keep driving through until I get where I’m going. My buddy Robert owns a Charlie’s chicken and JLs BBQ in Pryor if you want some food.

Things to do in Tulsa.... not get robbed.

If you like to share your money, there's the Hard Rock casino on the east side of town, and the river spirit casino on the river, that just reopened after the big flood.
Avoid north Tulsa or you will be sharing your money.

Kilkenny’s is cool good. Lots of good food around cheery st if you can deal with all the lumbersexuals. Cabelas in Broken Arrow. Hard rock if you gamble. Cain’s ballroom is cool too. Good food in Pryor but might be a culture shock depending on where your from

Also Route 66 down by the river and Keystone lake.

Take some fishing gear and head to the whitewater area below Keystone damn.
I caught a ton of catfish, striper, and whitebass when I lived there this time of year is pretty damn good.
I don't to much care to be around most people so most of my suggestions would be to drive in any direction out of Tulsa since you will be headed to a good lake or river destination. Most are pretty close.

have fun at least send pics back on the heat it should be fun . and stork sized mosquitoes .
could be a fun place to visit
