Tripod options with fixed apex

I'm thinking that id like to run something with a ball head or similar to the anvil. I dont like the tripods with the 75mm bowl because the folded diameter is just too big for packing. and most without a bowl, have an adjustable center column that I'm not a fan of either.
The fixed apex option with anvil 30 from RRS looks like a winner, but it's never in stock and super pricey. Are there any other options out there for a similar setup?

Field optics research has one where the majority of the column unscrew so you can leave it at home.
