I believe this is a Slik tripod but the name is worn off the foam on the leg. Used this at the range for spotting scopes and in the field to hold my predator call. Legs are plastic, body is metal.

Legs in the narrowest position are 11” collapsed and 32” extended roughly.

Yep, looks like my slick. Great little tripod for shooting prone with spotting scope next to you on the mat. Goes nice and low with legs splayed all the way.
